Easter Egg
To find it go to the VCN helipad it is right by the north most bridge. If you are coming from the 1st island, turn right on the sidewalk and go back in a little bit, then go through the doors. Go to the top of the helipad, and look slightly to the right, and notice that that corner almost touches the building.
Notice the window right above the ledge. Jump through, and bam, easter egg.
